Suzanne Anderson Zahir

Suzanne Anderson Zahir, a specialist in Executive Coaching, Leadership and Team Development, Training, and Facilitation since 1975 focuses her interventions in 3 areas:  1. Development of exceptional leadership skills, 2. Quantum change techniques for leaders and teams, and 3. Resolution of conflicts that block great performance.  She is often called on to assist in emotionally charged situations in organizations, practicing and teaching mediation skills.

Suzanne is co-creator of “A Quantum Change Model” which provides context and process for discussing, understanding, and moving through the elements that are critical for personal and organizational transformation.  The model enables participants and organizations to shift the status quo and create new behaviors and processes that activate their greatest visions of success. She is presently completing the final stages of her Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership.

Suzanne received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Master of Education degree from The University of Pittsburgh. She holds certifications from The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland in Organization and System Development, Quantum Visionary Tactics in Transformation Technology, The Settlement Institute in Conflict Resolution and Mediation, National Training Laboratories (NTL) in the use and interpretation of the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator, The Psychodrama Center of New York, and NTL in the use of Organization Assessment Values Instrument.

Muhammad Zahir

Muhammad Zahir serves as the Director of Marketing for The Collaborations Group. In 2002, as a demonstration of the company’s vision,  he formed a collaborative of trusted business, internet, personal and organizational development professionals whose goal it is to provide clients with the expertise needed to assist them in their business and personal growth. He brings more than 30 years of excellence in several areas to include: business development, facilitation & training, sales & marketing, mediation, and internet presence development.

His experiences have resulted in training and facilitation seminars for business development and capitalization;  sales & marketing development strategies, executive coaching and consulting for various companies.

Muhammad received his Bachelor of Science degree from City University of New York and has attended American University for graduate studies. In addition, he is a licensed Realtor in Georgia and holds a Georgia certification as a mediation neutral .
